They turned the tables over quickly, and got our food/drinks out to us timely. The service was great considering how hoppin' they were were. and is ready to make another 4 hour drive just to dine have them again. Hubby has said they were the best red beans and rice he's ever had. We had the crab cakes and the red beans and rice. The Blind Tiger Brewery & Restaurant offers a completely unique dining experience you'll always come back for. The food was absolutely amazing! It's a very Louisiana menu with Creole and Cajun dishes. But the 30 minute wait was well worth it (other than the large group of drunk rednecks also waiting.) We headed back for dinner at 630P and it was more. And that it was filled with people at 5pm. We were driving around exploring before heading back to the hotel and my husband notices this place tucked away at the end of the bridge.
